Every year my friend plans and facilitates an annual outdoor festival by the ocean in Charleston, South Carolina. My friend naturally began to worry about the success and attendance of her festival. Every year she's been in charge of the event, she raised a good amount of money and was able to provide for the non-profit group. She definitely did not want to let them down this year!

Time to devise an advertising plan! But how large is her budget for promotions?
