Everyone loves filling their homes with pictures. Whether you’ve got photographs of loved ones, artwork or indeed anything else, having the right picture frames is vital. Not only do they show your pictures in the best possible light but they can be used to perfectly match the rest of your decor, and luckily there are plenty of picture frames available for every occasion.

Types of picture frames to consider

When it comes to picture frames, the list of options on offer is seemingly endless. You’ve got smaller frames that are perfect for cherished photographs, all the way to wall-size options to frame that fantastic piece of artwork. You can even have picture frames for certificates or other important documents/memorabilia, letting you show them off in the best way possible. There’s truly something for everyone, and that level of choice can be invaluable.

Use picture frames to your advantage

Of course, as well as the numerous different types of picture frames on offer, there’s also a huge range in terms of style and design. You can use picture frames to your advantage by choosing those that will perfectly match the theme of your room, whether you’ve got a minimalist design and are looking for clean and contemporary picture frames all the way to the other extreme, perhaps having a stunningly opulent room and needing equally as ornate frames to suit.

You also need to be careful about matching the type of frame to the medium that’s going to be in it. You wouldn’t want your frame to detract from the picture that it’s displaying, so always choose wisely and carefully to ensure you’ve got the perfect mix of style and suitability for the job in hand.

The National Theatre’s exciting new production of Shakespeare’s ‘Hamlet’ commences previews on 30th September and opens on 8th October. It promises to be one of the hottest theatre tickets of 2010.

The play promises a long evening in the theatre and the National’s start times have been adjusted to reflect this with normal evening performances commencing at 7pm and matinees at 1.30pm.

The play tells the story of Prince Hamlet, who discovers his uncle the king murdered the previous monarch, Hamlet’s father. The prince then has to decide whether to kill the murderer in turn and we see his agonies and the resulting carnage.

Rory Kinnear has become one of the major theatre stars in the country and plays the title role. He is a particular favourite of director Nicholas Hytner who has begun to assemble a superb supporting cast for this production which is strongly rumoured to be Hytner’s last before announcing that he will be stepping down from the post of artistic director at the National.

David Calder who was a superb King Lear at the Globe last year plays Polonius. He has also played some of the other iconic Shakespearean roles for the Royal Shakespeare Company including Prospero and Shylock.

Clare Higgins plays Hamlet’s mother Gertrude. She has many credits at the National Theatre including, most recently, ‘All’s Well That Ends Well’ and ‘Oedipus’. Like Calder she also has extensive credits with the Royal Shakespeare Company including roles in ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ and ‘Antony and Cleopatra’.

Patrick Malahide plays the usurping King Claudius. He is probably still best known for television appearances such as ‘Minder’.

This production seems destined to sell out particularly as all London theatre tickets are in such demand. At Concierge Desk, we bring you the best last minute deals in cheap London theatre tickets.

In this article i am going to explain the way to import your you-tube profile onto your facebook page. nnI've added some new tabs to my facebook page in the last month. Containing all my latest blog posts is the initial tab I added which is the Blog tab. I've in addition included 2 other pages - a youtube channel along with a totally customizable page. nnThe simplest of the three new pages I added was the youtube channel, and here's the way you do it. Type in involver.com which is going to bring you to their main website. Next, there's an "Application Suite" tab situated at the top of the web page that you can click on to bring up a page that shows all of the applications they offer you.nnThe one we are searching for is the "You-tube channel" app. You'll be directed towards the facebook application after you press your mouse upon the "Install" tab. Choose the facebook page in which you want to add the youtube channel and then simply click "Add to pages".nnTo specify your settings and your preferences you shall have to fill out a form that is very simple. After you have selected your settings and options, click to proceed.nnThis brings you to a page that is going to offer directions for the last step. The page shall instruct to go to your fan page, mouse click on the "+" tab and then place the "Youtube" tab where you would like it. nn Your page now has a cool Youtube Channel that updates itself just like your real youtube channel.

Strength training for cage fighting is a complex process with much to consider. Strength training for MMA is getting more focus as the popularity of the UFC and mixed-martial arts grows. Like all sports, MMA athletes must dedicate themselves to workouts that will power them to the highest level of preparedness possible.nnTo make sure you're reaching your full potential as a fighter, incorporate these 3 MMA training guidelines in your MMA strength and conditioning program.nnTip #1 - Follow a ProgramnnIf you're not following a well designed program, you might be wasting time and energy. The worst thing you can do is go to the gym and say to yourself, "OK, I made it, where do I start?"nnIf you're serious about stepping into the octagon, then you must have a well planned strength and conditioning program that's carefully scheduled for at least the final 8 weeks prior to your fight. If you don't have a fight scheduled, then you must decide what abilities you need to develop and zero in on those aspects of your skill set.nnTip #2 - Maximize your Productivity in the Weight RoomnnAs an MMA practitioner, you've got to be proficient at skills in Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Wrestling. Then, you need to integrate them into your specific MMA style. nnThis doesn't leave you much of time to develop your strength. So, you've got to get more done in the short amount of time that you do have.nnYour MMA strength program should be designed around full body workouts focused on movement patterns - not muscles. Think squat, lunge, deadlift, pushing, pulling and twisting. Forget about your pecs, bi's, quads, hams, lats, etc.nnTotal body workouts with large movement patterns two days a week will allow you to make progress without over-training. nnHere's an example of a 2 day split:nnDay 1: Reverse lunge - Bench press - Woodchop - Arnold press - Reverse CurlnDay 2: Squat - Chinup - Romanian deadlift - 1-arm row - Pull-overnnYou should split these sessions on Mondays and Thursdays to advance your strength and power while allowing enough time for recuperation.nnThe sets and rep ranges will depend on your goals, energy and recovery. A well designed program will balance pure strength with hypertrophy.nnTip #3 - Use a Medicine Ball for Conditioning CircuitsnnBy far the best tool for maximizing cage-specific power is the medicine ball.nnMedicine balls are nearly indestructible and can be hurled overhead, backwards, sideways, into walls and onto the floor. nnThrow the ball as hard and fast as you can in rotational movements. Rotational exercises heavily involve the core and develop your balance, coordination and explosiveness. nnIncluding the medicine ball will allow you to develop knockout power with your hand strikes, elbows, knees and kicks while producing explosive grappling advantage.nnMovements like the side toss, wall slam and chop toss will have you (and your opponents and sparring partners) feeling a difference after only a few weeks.nnUnfortunately, many people program these exercises completely wrong, in terms of sets, reps, weight, and form.

Learning to step back when hosting a party

Most people who organise a special function or party are often surprised at what pleases and what tends to irk some guests; and also at what is easily remembered after the event.

Because of this lack of party organising experience or understanding of what it is that most individuals enjoy at a party, many experts warn that when faced with any organisational dilemmas most hosts should try where possible to step back from the actual running of the function and concentrating on paying attention to their guests.

Trying for example to supervise food and drinks can often lead to the harassed hosts being frustrated at their failings and overwhelmed by not being able to cope with large numbers of guests. Such tasks should really, it is argued, be farmed out to professional caterers where possible.

One area where investment in professional services is often considered a must is in the hiring of function bands. It has been found that even where the choice of music is not to their tastes, most guests will still enjoy watching function bands. In addition, quite often, quality live bands can turn out to be the one feature of a night that guests remember; more so than even the provision of food and drink.

Live bands can of course vary in talent and skill, and it is often best to find one that can demonstrate considerable, and successful, performance experience. Evidence for playing talent can usually be found in the form or testimonials or even in video clips from previous performances

At London Soul we can cater for all your musical needs for the evening with the provision of a live band that is guaranteed to entertain as well as coax the majority up onto the dance floor. As hosts, all you need do is step back and relax.

The concept of tower defense games was first introduced by Rampart by Atari Games. As evident by the fact that tower defense games are based on principles of war, players have to guard their assets (structures and territory) at the same time trying to take over or destroy the assets (structures and territory) of the enemy. Keeping in view the economic principles, it is interesting to note that the players’ ability to create new assets (structures and territory) is limited by the resources under his/her control. As in real life wars, there are certain strategic points/locations in every level that give the player advantage (or better control or ability to defend) over his/her assets (structures and territory).

As the player completes levels, the skills and capabilities of enemies keep getting progressively harder. On completing a level or defeating an enemy, the player wins points or money that can be utilized to build more towers. The choice and locations of these towers are the most important considerations of the games strategy and give the player relative advantage of disadvantage. Most tower defense games are programmed in a maze like format in which the player has to move through a maze to complete the level (by defeating the enemy).

COM2US Corporation holds the trademark for the term since July 2008. The popularity of tower defense games can be ascertained by the fact that they have now been developed for various types of gaming consoles and media including but not limited to Play Station, Nintendo Wi and iPhone, iPod Touch and Android. Some of the most popular tower defense games are; White Board Tower Defense, Super Mario Defense, Revenge of the Stickmen, Warzone Tower Defense, Defend Your Honor, When Penguins Attack 2, Vector TD, Vector TD 2, Vector TD X, Desktop Tower Defense, Onslaught, Antbuster, Turret Tyranny, Xeno Tactic, Balloons 2, Protector, Toy Town Tower Defense, Picnic Panic Tower Defense, Defender; Hold the Holy Pig, Elemental Turret Defense, Roman’s Tower Defense, Canyon Defense, VR Defense, Ultimate Defense, Keep the Keep, Temple Guardian, Super Energy Apocylpse, Random Tower Defense, and Momentum Missile Mayhem.

Jewelry has shifted from more more a social status to a self expression. Jewelry has become a symbolism of ones' self. Any design and style goes, if you like it you can wear it. I love the fact that we have come to the place that we greatly can express who we are. Fashion jewelry is tremendously affordable and readily available to everyone. You no longer need to be affluent to have beautiful adornments.nOrdering jewelry on-line has become a very smart way to look at and compare numerous goods at one timensaving money, time and travel.nBusiness operating expenses are a lesser amount for the web shops resulting in less expensive prices for thenconsumer.nThe shift toward <anhref="http://stores.ebay.com/Edwin-Earls-Jewelry" rel="me" target="_blank">sterling silver wedding rings and synthetic stones have rocketed with the slowing of the economy. The high priced diamond wedding ring set have been substituted with the more affordable diamond ring. The 2 carat diamond ring that oncenwas on top is now substituted with the half carat diamond ring. We have found that buyers would rather keep their money in their wallets than on their fingers, necks, or ears.nMany customers are opting for gemstones or synthetic stones that give the same look for a whole lot less. This has created an ever expanding surge in the shoppers buying jewelry collections of costume and vintage style pieces as an alternative to new high priced, <a href="http://stores.ebay.com/Edwin-Earls-Jewelry"rel="me" target="_blank">fine jewelryconsumers are geared toward the inexpensive, fashionably designed earrings, necklaces, pins and bracelets.nWe are finding that instead of buying the new outfit, women are cheering up their last years dress with a new necklace, several bangle bracelets and fun fashionable earrings. The increase sales of fashion jewelry seems to have as much to do with customers' self-expression as with their pocketbooks. Consumers are looking for jewelry items to distinguish themselves as individuals, not as people who follow the pack. They're spending their money on jazzing up their look. Todays fashion jewelry is the image markers.nThe fashion jewelry has finally abandoned its image as a cheap substitute for costly silver and gold or as a dodge against thieves. Many regard fashion jewelry as acceptable for its own sake and buy 15 or more pieces a year.nThe fashion jewelry market has been flooded with fashion conscious-women who delight in a powerful sense of flair and feminine glamour.nPreferring accessories with rich-colored splashes of turquoise, coral and tranquilized jewel tone jewelry.nhaving a good time dressing for an evening out or a executive look at your business can be as simple as adding color with a necklace or pendant or some razzle-dazzle to a simple black dress. Fashion jewelry can help you relish an occasion without spending a fortune on an entire outfit.nKeep it simple just add some flash and have some fun.

Wataru Yoshizumi is a Japanese mangaka born as Mari Nakai on June 18, 1963 in Tokyo, Japan. She finished Hitotsubashi University as an economist to start combining her office work with manga writing. Her debut, a yomikiri (short story) Radical Romance, was published in 1984 (Ribon Original's summer issue).

Yoshizumi's most mangas target girls (shoujo manga) with later works for maturer readers in the josei genre. She's mainly published in Ribon and Chorus. Her mangas published so far are:
* Radical Romance (1984)
* Quartet Game (1988)
* Handsome na Kanojo (1988-1992)
* Marmalade Boy (1992-1995)
* Kimi Shika Iranai (1996)
* Mint na Bokura (1997-2000)
* Random Walk (2000)
* Ultra Maniac (2002-2004)
* Datte Suki Nandamon (2005)
* Cherish (2006)
* Happiness (2006)
* PxP (2007)
* Spicy Pink (2007)
* Cappuccino (2008)
* Chitose etc. (2009)

Manga Handsome na Kanojo (aka Handsome Girlfriend) is Yoshizumi's 1st big manga (published 1988 to 1992). Its 9 volumes underlay a 37-minute anime in 1991. The heroine, Hagiwara Mio, is a teen actress in love with her neighbor and coactor Morimoto Teruomi. Her drama role upsets her with its bossy antagonism against her friend Sawagi Aya. However Teru's part there makes Mio take the role. But when another coactor gets discontent with her job, her career becomes too problematic.

Another big shoujo is Marmalade Boy printed 1992 to 1995 in 8 volumes. Unlike Handsome Girlfriend, it underlay a full anime series of 76 episodes and a 26-minute animated movie. Besides, 1995 saw its Game Boy and Super Famicom-based game release. Miki Koishikawa's idyllic family life ended with her parents hosting another couple (as in swinging). Now she faces 4 parents, her cute stepbrother Yuu and their strange soap opera. But Miki escapes to a world of loving friends, hateful schoolmates and crushes on Ginta and Yuu!

Kimi Shika Iranai (aka I Need Only You) was released in 2 volumes in 1996. Young Totoki Atsumu tries to win back his only love Kurihara Akane. But her vague past makes that rather troublesome...

A 6-volume Mint na Bokura (We are Mint, 1997-2000) describes 2 close twins, Maria and Noel. To follow her in her new basketball school he has to pretend and play a girl due to no boy spots there! In a follow-up comedy Noel falls in love with a fellow girl, while being courted himself.

Random Walk, Yoshizumi's popular manga, came out in 3 volumes in 2000. The story depicts Yuka, a newly senior pupil next door to her mystery writer dad and his new wife. He taught Yuka only to live in love. In high school she looks for her one true passion. Will this always be just a dream?

Ultra Maniac (2002-4) underlay a 26-episode anime series in 2003 covering the 1st 3 volumes out of 5. It's Yoshizumi's 1st fantasy manga. There teenaged Nina Sakura hides her true identity of a transfer student from a fantasy witch school! At a real middle school she hopes to improve, socialize and charm her unaware fellows.

2005 featured Datte Suki Nandamon in 2 volumes about Moka's brother Megu returning from New York City. An art lover, at a library she meets Masato-kun whom she starts liking. But will Moka's determination change this latent playboy?

Yoshizumi's allegedly 1st josei, Cherish manga also includes Happiness. In Cherish its heroine Chihiro enters the university of her deceased mother and stepfather. She opens this new chapter with thrill but faces her past reminders! While ex returns, she feels someone's chase.

One-shot from 2 Happiness chapters was also published beside Cherish. In it young Akatsu-kun loves his cute coworker, Kayano-san. Once he saw a little boy reading Playboy in a store to realize he was Kayano-san's son!

Yoshizumi's another josei is a 2-volume Spicy Pink (2007). It shows Sakura, a busy shoujo mangaka without private life. At a goukon she meets a tough doctor who surprisingly starts courting her.

A 1-volume PxP manga (Baby It's You, 2007) is the author's mystery genre try. A school council discusses a strange case of "P", a mysteriously hired thief stealing only particular items.

One of Yoshizumi's latest complete mangas is Cappuccino (2008), also in josei like her most ones. It's a bittersweet love story of Kojima Ari and Fujitani Sousuke living together without marriage.

After writing over a dozen mangas for the last 15 years, Wataru Yoshizumi keeps pleasing her readers with new activity. So 2009 had Chitose and others released. As a social mangaka, Yoshizumi likes traveling and shopping. She also befriends fellow authors - Naoko Takeuchi, Ai Yazawa, Miho Obana and Megumi Mizusawa.

Make it Special

Hiring a celebrity is not as expensive or difficult as you may think, and can be the difference between a good party and a memorable one. Imagine the excitement if you were to introduce a special guest to your friends and family, or if you were to send out invitations to an event and you named the celebrity guest, the number of attendees would be through the roof!

A celebrity guest is much more than just a face, it's a statement.

Celebrity Booking Agents

Not sure of how to hire a celebrity? Whether it's a sportsman or woman, a TV star, a music star or something completely different, you need to get in touch with a celebrity agent. Booking agents are exclusive or direct agents to a roster of celebrities that you can enquire as to the availability using their website. The great thing about using an agent is that they have direct contact with the individual or group, and can arrange everything for you.

Search Online For A Special Guest

When you decide that a special guest is for you, the next step is to know how and where to find them. The number one place to find a booking agent is by turning on your PC or laptop and using the Internet to search for 'celebrity booking agents', 'celebrities for hire' or 'celebrity agents' - this will bring up a number of results and you can then search through the rosters to find the people you want to hire.

Find Real Agents On The Web

Beware of fake websites! There are only a select few agents that have real celebrities signed up, so make sure you're dealing with a legitimate company with a real office, staff and a telephone number to contact should you need any more information.
